Help us make Mission House a Home!

It is our goal as a diocesan staff to make Mission House a welcoming home for everyone in the diocese, and to make the facilities as useful as possible for diocesan and community groups meeting here.

Donations of furniture, equipment, time and money from you and others in the various parishes of the diocese will help us to provide the best hospitality possible for everyone using this space.

Please consider helping us to furnish Mission House with items in the following rooms:

Resource Center

A desktop computer (with printer) for Internet and electronic resources in Christian Formation
A display shelf/table
A desk with chair
A TV/VCR/DVD combination

The Chapel of St. Laurence

A commissioned Altar made of native Kentucky woods
Seating for up to 40 people
Communion vessels (commissioned)
Votive candle stands with icons
Prie-Dieu (2)
Prayer books, hymnals and Bibles

Large Meeting Room

Computer projector and screen
Round tables to seat 6 to 8
Occasional tables and chairs
Table cloths for formal events

General Needs

A sign in front of the building
Paved parking lot
Storm windows
Window treatments
First floor ceiling repair
Wrought iron railings on porches
Outdoor furniture for upstairs patios
Industrial-size dehumidifier for basement
