COME ONE! COME ALL! Celebrate St. George’s Day at our Second Diocesan Spring Festival! The Camps and Conferences Board is organizing the Festival to benefit the Domain and the congregations of the Diocese. Each congregation is encouraged to have a booth at the Festival on Saturday, April 24 from 10:00am to 3:00pm to play games, sell crafts, specialty food items, art, face painting, baked goods, etc.  The proceeds from each booth will be split 50/50 between the congregation and The Domain. There is no fee for the booth and your congregation may have more than one booth if desired! To reserve a booth, contact Jane Brantley at 859-236-4690 or email her at jpjane@bellsouth.net. The DEADLINE for Booth Reservations is April 15.

A Youth Rally for Grades 7-12 will begin on Friday, April 23, at 7:00pm. Adults and Families may also check in at 7:00pm Friday evening. On Saturday, in addition to the Parish Booths, the Diocesan Youth Community will host carnival games from 10:00am until 3:00pm. There will be a Pig Roast from 12:00pm until 2:00pm. A Festive Eucharist will be celebrated at 3:30pm. Dinner will be served in the Dining Hall from 6:00pm to 7:00pm on Saturday evening. Morning Prayer will be read at 10:00am on Sunday, followed by brunch at 11:00am.

Friday overnight lodging at The Domain (including those attending the Youth Rally) includes Saturday breakfast, the Pig Roast, and Saturday dinner. Saturday overnight lodging includes the Pig Roast, Saturday dinner, and Sunday brunch. For those not staying overnight, the prices for the Pig Roast and for Saturday dinner are $5 each for adults and $3 each for children 10 and under.

Please complete the Diocesan Spring Festival/St. George's Day Reservation Form and mail it to Cindy Sigmon at The Episcopal Diocese of Lexington, 203 East Fourth St. Lexington, KY 40588-0610 to reserve your overnight lodging or to register for the Youth Rally. The deadline for reservations for the Youth Rally and for overnight lodging is April 15. Personal checks, Visa or Mastercard accepted. Please DO NOT send cash. A limited number of Tent and RV reservations will be accepted.
