New guidelines and form for nominations for Diocesan Offices

Nominations are now being received for Executive Council, Standing Committee and Sewanee.  The completed nomination materials must be in the diocesan office no later than Jan. 15, 2003 (early submission is encouraged).

* Actual photo or J-peg file of recent head and shoulders shot must be submitted  (no previously printed clips accepted under any circumstances). Professional photos preferred; clear snapshot is workable.  Previous publication of photo in The Advocate does not guarantee that it remains in the diocesan files. Each nominator/nominee is responsible for seeing that the materials are complete.  No one will be called or reminded.

The nominator should be sure to have the individual’s permission to submit his/her name for possible nomination and that the individual is a member in good standing.

Starred information will be printed in the pre-convention issue of The Advocate.  Other information will be used by the nominating committee.
